Part of Chariton Hotel’s hospitality — a dining room with its own pace and purpose.
Bagan opened as the evening table for hotel guests and neighbors alike. You do not need a room key to eat here — reservations are open to everyone.
We named the room for warmth and arrival: the glow at the end of a day. The kitchen stays small on purpose so service stays personal.
Expect low noise, clear communication and a team that would rather get one detail right than rush a full house poorly. If you need a loud celebration venue, we will say so honestly — we are built for supper, not spectacle.
